While it is kind of a tongue-in-cheek idea, we actually think some of the exercises are quite doable. For example, there's a few that hatchback owners could certainly perform, giving themselves a nice strong core and triceps. They are "Boot sit-ups" and "Boot press-ups." Here in America, we know the "boot" as the trunk. Basically, if you fold down the back seats, Car Throttle shows us that you can get these workouts in with relative ease.
You can also move to the front of the car as well and do some "Driver's seat ab crunches." Just recline your seat, lean back and get going. Do five sets and 20 reps. You'll be feeling the burn! Oh yeah, breathe on those upward motions!
There are some other crazier workouts the website suggested, like doing pull-ups using the handle bars most of us hang our dry cleaning from, but we think the three we highlighted are quick, easy, and fun.
