    Dave Mungenast, Jr.

    As the eldest son of Dave Mungenast, Sr., the founder of St. Louis Honda, motorcycles and automobiles have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started learning about the business at a very young age while working in the store to earn an allowance. There was never a doubt that I would one day follow my father's lead, and I eventually worked my way through every department in the store. I am extremely proud of our "Team" of associates and the recognition earned as an American Honda President's Award winner for the last 12 consecutive years, as well as Missouri's volume leader for the past 18 consecutive years (as reported by American Honda 2009). Since 1965, the Mungenast stores have operated by the same philosophy which is to "treat people as you would want to be treated." The "Mungenast Way" of conducting business was instilled in my brothers and me, and it is today being passed down to the third generation of the Mungenast Family, thus insuring that customer service and satisfaction will always remain a priority at St. Louis Honda!

    Jaime Burkard

    Jaime joined the St. Louis Honda family in 2010 after being with another Mungenast dealership for sixteen years. What Jaime enjoys most about car sales is that there is never a dull day, even after his thirty years of experience. If you are at the dealership, it isn't uncommon to hear Jaime's laugh across the showroom - and it is a laugh that adds a smile to all that hear it. Jaime attended high school at St. Pius and later graduated from UMSL. He has been married for 26 years and has two daughters, two dogs and two cats.

    Tim Jordan

    Born and raised in the greater Cincinnati area, he and his wife Jackie have been married since 1985 and have three boys, two of which work for St. Louis Honda. He moved to St. Louis to be near his brother and consider a new business opportunity. Because of his lifelong interest in cars and past experience as a Honda owner he stopped by St. Louis Honda where he interviewed for a sales position. That was in 2001. "St. Louis Honda is the best dealership to work at and the best place to buy a Honda!"

    Mike Terreri

    Mike's first job after college was as an automotive salesperson. Twenty years later, he is still enjoying the car industry. In 2008 he joined the Mungenast Automotive Family, and is very proud to be a part of an organization that backs up an exceptional vehicle line with exceptional customer service. Mike is married with three children. When not at work or with his family he can usually be found playing golf.

    Shan Herwig

    After attending St. Joseph's Academy and Fontbonne College, Shan Herwig devoted herself to becoming the very proud mother of seven wonderful children, three loving grandchildren and two adorable boxers.  In 2007, Shan joined Mungenast St. Louis Honda after many years at the de Greeff Hospice House at St. Anthony's Medical Center.  While at Hospice she met the Mungenast Family while helping to care for Dave Mungenast, Sr. prior to his passing in 2006. The position of Business Development Manager suits Shan well since it allows her to be meet a wide variety of people and to convey her pride in representing Honda and the Mungenast Automotive Family!

  • Curt Yettke, Service Manager
    Curt Yettke

    Curt brought to St. Louis Honda more than 25 years experience in the auto industry.  He started working at a service station and progressed thru the ranks of technician and service advisor, and for the past 14 years has held the position of service manager.  Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Curt now resides in Wildwood with his wife of 20 years and their two teenage children.  When not busy working at the dealership, he enjoys family activities such as high school theater and hockey, working with the middle school youth at Wildwood Christian Church, and the occasional round of golf or a St. Louis Blues game.

    Tim Farace

    Tim started in the car business in 1981 and has experience in all aspects of car sales. Tim would love to help everyone to become part of the Mungenast Automotive Family! Doing business the right way for the right reasons is important to Tim. He and his wife Kathy have been married since 1977 and have raised four daughters while living and commuting from St. Francios County.

    Prior to starting his automotive sales career in 1991 Mike worked as a meatcutter for a local food chain.  Mike believes St. Louis Honda is a great place to work, and has met a lot of nice people while helping them with their transportation needs. Mike and his wife of 40 years reside in West St. Louis County and have two grown children.

    Joe Basler

    Joe began at St. louis Honda just this year.  After recieveing his bachelors in communications from the University of Missouri St. Louis, he began his professional career in food sales.  After 2 years he decided to make his way to the automotive industry.  In Joe's free time you can usually find him on a golf course, or hanging out with friends.  Joe has lived happily in the Holly Hills area for 2 years now with his 2 year old boston terrier, Caddi.

    Gina Bommarito

    Gina began her career at St. Louis Honda in 1999 as a new car prep supervisor, and she has recently joined the sales staff as a New Car Sales Consultant.  When not at work, she is continuing her education at St. Louis Community College.  In her free time Gina enjoys playing softball and volleyball.  She is a passionate animal lover and owns four pit bulls.  Gina also helps with dog rescue and hopes someday to be a part of putting an end to all animal cruelty.

    Sam joined the St. Louis Honda staff with over 15 years of automotive experience and customer service.  One of his greatest assets is to be a "great listener", which has helped him over the years to find just the right vehicle for a lot of good people.  Sam is a resident of the South County area, and in his spare time he enjoys listening to music, as well as playing the guitar.  He is also an outdoorsman who enjoys hiking the many nature trails across Missouri.

    Rick Murphy

    Before joining St. Louis Honda Rick served in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division and 75th Ranger Battalion. He has worked as quality control manager of a machine shop, a general manager of a tire and wheel store, and general manager of Tower Tee Golf Course. In his spare time, hobbies include playing soccer and basketball and also visiting our national parks! Rick was born and raised in St. Louis and he has been married for over 30 years and has two beautiful girls.

    Ken started in the auto industry in 1978 when he owned a local tire store. After selling tires for 15 years he went into car sales and joined St. Louis Honda in 1995. With more than 30 years of automotive experience, Ken has many loyal customers. Kenny is married, with two daughters and two granddaughters, and he has been a St. Louis resident his entire life.

    Richard Brennan

    Rick came to St. Louis Honda as a porter after graduating Chaminade high school. He worked here while attending St. Louis University. He is proud that St. Louis Honda has been his only place of employment. After transitioning into sales, he stayed after graduation and made a career out of selling what he believes the best product on the road for the money. Rick's outside interests include cars, travel, weight training, swimming, running, and volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Rick resides close by in Fenton and is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Valley Park.

    Cris was born in Chiapas, Mexico, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering.  After moving to St. Louis, Cris worked as a production assistant for a cardboard partition manufacturer. He joined the St. Louis Honda team in 2010.  Although Cris misses his family and the warm weather of Mexico, he has truly enjoyed becoming a part of the St. Louis community and St. Louis Honda. He and his wife live in the Tower Grove area.

    After working in radio for a short time and then several years in his family's construction business, Tom started his automotive career behind the scenes providing electronic sales leads.   Today he is using his communication skills and auto knowledge to personally help St. Louis Honda customers to find just the right pre-owned vehicle.  Tom is a long time resident of Southern Jeff County, and he is a 1993 graduate of D.H.S., Jefferson College and UMSL.  In his free time Tom and his fiancée enjoy activities that include his three children.

    Born and raised on "The Hill" in St. Louis. She now resides in Columbia, IL with her daughters, Madison, Faith, Peyton, her 2 dogs a Golden Retriever named Hiro, a Japanese Chin named Sake and her 4 cats, Lilo, Mona, Buggatti and Lotus. She is an animal lover to say the least.
