Tracy and the two tech staff members, Scott and Cliff were great to work with. They were very patient and attentive to my concerns for the unusual "humming" noise generated by my Pilot when driving above 65 mph. The two tech members spent a lot of time and various procedures trying to determine the issue, including extensive road testing, exchanging wheels from another Pilot, and ultimately installing brand new tires on my Pilot, which I didn't expect but very much appreciated. I have been dealing with Dave Mungenast for almost 30 years and I am always been amazed at the service that I receive. I have been leasing from them and love the professionalism and service that I always get from the whole team!
The only problem is that the person explaining the dials and other things in the front of the dashboard! I'm sure I will get better as time goes on. I am 80 yrs and it's going to take time. Thanks for a GREAT car!

Great experience purchasing my new Honda Passport. Adnan Sadikovic is the best. Very knowledgeable. Fully answered all questions. No sales pressure. Very pleasant and friendly personality. As for the dealership, the pricing was very fair for both the new vehicle as well as my trade-in. Very clear and transparent pricing sheet. Upon pickup they explained all of the features in full and understandable detail.
I only take my car to Mungenast Honda for service, Chris Taylor is the absolute best! I appreciate the waiting area always being clean and having the best snacks!
I was having wheel noises from my Civic ,and the service dept. found a rock stuck in the front brakes. They fixed the problem ,and within a very short time had my car back to me. They could have charged me since it was not covered by the warranty but did not. Everyone I dealt with was very professional , and they even washed the car !

The dealership set my expectations appropriately for the service provided. They completed an additional safety inspection as well as part of my recall mitigation. I am slightly frustrated with the word track which I have heard more than once at this dealership - basically inferring that they don't know anything about what I did with this car before because there is no history. I loved my 2023 Accord so much and was simply devastated when insurance declared a total loss! Having loved my 2023 Accord so much, I knew exactly where to turn for a replacement when it was declared a total loss: the dealership where we’d been getting the first Accord serviced! Service was great. However, I left town for a weekend trip and I got a message on my dash that services were needed soon. I dont believe the system was reset.
I have used this dealer since 2004 when I bought my first Honda Pilot. I use them several times a year becaise I feel like my car is always in top condition after leaving. I compare priced and the majority of times, they are compertative.
