Rob is the ideal salesperson - sold me a car without high pressure tactics. In fact, this was a most fun experience I have had parting with lots of money. Rob answered all my questions, gave me tips about the car and helped me with the complexity of numbers by being straightforward with the pricing etc.. The Honda people in general were friendly, and I love my new Honda Passport with all my bells and whistles. Thank you Rob and Dan and Mungenast Honda. This is my first Honda and I am very impressed. My knowledge about cars is very limited. My only reason to buy a car is it is strictly a means of transportation. I finally learned what a HYBRID was. I thought that AWD meant that all 4 wheels moved all of the time... Therefore my salesmen was an educator FIRST and a salesman second. On my meeting with KURT I told him I was debating between a TOYOTA or a HONDA suv. So he discussed the two cars and simply stated both cars are top notch. I told him I was leaning toward as HONDA, but I had no idea which type of SUV I wanted. So he took time to show me several including a RAV4. He knew I wanted a light color and he stayed with in my budget$$$ when he showed me a car. MOST IMPORTANTLY - at no time during this experience did I feel any pressure.

Kurt was awesome he was knowledgeable friendly outgoing and knew his vehicles and knew exactly what my son and I need it that could fit our budget and lifestyle. I’ve been reaching vehicles for six months and have test driven 10 in the past month. I felt like I just couldn’t make up my mind because I hadn’t found what I really liked. In the past, I’ve always gone for what I wanted, cost not being a factor, but I was just done with high payments. My top pick was an Altima SL. Plus, I was limiting myself because I wanted a specific color red. My significant other kept telling me to go try Honda (specifically the Civic) and it wasn’t even on my radar (especially the Civic). This past Saturday he was gone, so I decided to go try Honda out and visited Mungenast. I started with the Accord 2.0T Touring (as my last three vehicles were Buick Regals, one a premium 2.0T, two GS 2.0T). I liked the Accord Touring a lot, but was still wishy washy when I got back to the dealership because of cost. If I wanted to stick with that cost, I would have stuck to my Regal, but they were out of what I wanted to continue paying monthly. My sales lady was Gina B. I clued her in closer to the price range I was looking for and she had me test drive the EXL Accord instead. After coming back from that, I was set on the Altima because I wasn’t about to buy the EXL (handled meh compared to the Accord Touring and didn’t have all the options I wanted). Gina then talked me into test driving the Civic Touring Sedan... the car my SO kept raving about and the one I was adamant I DIDN’T want. I caved and gave it a shot after Gina’s persistence, but with lots of hesitancy. She said the 1.5T in it had pep, all the options the Accord Touring has and she was sure I’d like it. Well, she was right. I fell in love immediately. The car I was adamant about NOT getting, I was ready to purchase without hesitancy or any what ifs, ands or buts-so I knew that was the car for me. While the Civic doesn’t come in a red I wanted, it met every other expectation and then some! Gina listened and she put me in the right car. We waited until today to do the deal and after some finagling she got me the exact price I wanted too. Gina had the finance guy, Brad, do all the paperwork before I even came in and I just signed and drove off. Well, drove off after Macie gave me the technology/car tutorial and linked my car to my phone. Gina did the leg work of finding the right car for me. She was patient and she handled competition trying to beat the Mungenast price earlier today in a very classy manner. I would highly recommend Gina B., her service was excellent and she was amazing to deal with!!!
