The service crew was outstanding as usual. They did a timing belt change with water pump and belts, were transparent about the cost and the amount of time it would take, and set up a pickup time for the next day that worked for me. The car was actually done earlier than planned and everything was done right. I enjoyed working with Adam and his colleagues.

Only complaint I have is they left grease all over my seat, door and steering wheel. I would expect this from other mechanics, but not Honda.

Excellent service! Had a CRV recall, had brought it in 2 weeks earlier but our car never got worked on there were so many cars needing work that day. So we had to make another appointment. Everything was completed in 2 hours, the recall, oil change, and tire rotation. So appreciate the priority of service, I was expecting to be waiting there 4-5 hours and was only waiting 2 hours, amazing!
My experience was smooth. Scott helped me find the right car for me, and every step was efficient and transparent. Scott worked with me over email to get the right documents for the financing, so when I went in, all the financing was in order for me to sign. Since I was buying the car on my own, his team drove my new car to my house and dropped it off for me. Top tier!
I love Dave Mungenast xx Louis Honda! I have been going there since I moved to xx Louis in 2000! The service center is fabulous! Chris Taylor has been my service advisor for over 20 years. I have always gotten great service and advice from Chris. I just bought my fourth car there and as usual I got great service from beginning to end.
I had three family members who had recently bought their vehicles from Dave Mungenast xx. Louis Honda dealer. They all raved about Gina Bommarito as a sales person. The minute we walked into the doors of the dealership, we were welcomed. We were well taken care of from start to finish.
We brought the car in for an inspection and another issue popped up on our way down. Adam worked hard to help see what the issue might have been before we left the car. He didn't promise a quick turn around because the car was getting worked in. Thankfully he was able to get in and it was returned to us less than 24 hours of bringing it in. Very communicative and a pleasure to work with.

I had a appointment for an oil change, and I was told it should be 45 minutes to 1 hour. It took about 2 hours. If I was told it would be 2 hours, I would have dropped off the car and came back later. My time is very valuable to me, and apparently not to you. I f you want my business you need to be upfront about how long it may take, and offer the option to drop off the car because you can not promise the timing.

Justin in the service department was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. Him and the service team were able to get me up and running must faster than expected which saved my road trip which was scheduled for the next day. The fix was executed perfectly as well.

I had a great experience working with Brandon Cozzens in the Finance Department at Dave Mungenast St. Louis Honda. I had an issue with a warranty claim and he took care of the entire situation with no additional out-of-pocket costs on my end. I was impressed that they stepped up to back their product. I was not happy with tire replacement and wheel alignment. but they called me and they scheduled an other appointment for the customer satisfaction. based on the call and support even after service is completed. I think this is good.
They had me in and out in 40 minutes and in the meantime I had pastries hot coffee and entertainment on their big screen TV, I didn’t even feel the downtime. Before leaving I had a new iPhone i purchased on Christmas i could not get connected to my console and the IT support team had my phone up and interfaced within minutes, This Honda dealership delivers!!!

Came in for inspection. Service advisor was nice and courteous.. safety inspection took one and a half hours I chose to stay there have something to drink and a snack in the courtesy lounge.. This location an employees are my go to. Getting things done correctly.

I have always had great experiences with service and personnel at Dave Mungenast Honda in all of the departments.
Mungenast Honda (where we had purchased our pre-owned Passport during the pandemic) was the only shop that could get us in for our deceased air conditioner (and a rattle). Daily STL temperatures were in the 90s.
Mungenast worked with our schedules and our extended warranty company, and an outside parts dealer, all during the July 4th holiday. They were able to have everything covered by our extended warranty. They also took care of a non-urgent recall.

Received 4 new tires. The serviceman was very helpful and knowledgeable and professional.
We appreciated that there was no sales pressure by our agent and that she was very straight forward about their pricing policy. We also appreciated that their friendly tech staff member spent plenty of time with us going over and explaining the electronic features and helping us set up our preferences, pairing our phones, etc.

Always on time, polite and waiting is a very comfortable place. The only suggestion is in the quiet room no one eats food in there, since you have a lounge for that. Quite room is to be quite not munching
