I’ve been having my cars serviced at Mungenast St Louis Honda for almost 25 years. They took car of my ‘96 Accord for 14 years and we made it to 310,000 miles. Now they take care of my ‘18 Civic and it runs great at 72,000 miles. The service representatives are also friendly, helpful and get my car done right. I know I’ll get my next car at Mungenast and I know I’ll continue to have my car serviced there.
My service rep was so helpful. I didn’t have an appointment, and she worked my Honda in without reservation, and the work was completed in about 1/2 hour.

My purchase went very smoothly with excellent help from the people who handled my deal, most specifically, Candace and Nathan.. My only caveat being, the waiting time to actually close the deal once everything was agreed seemed to take forever; explained to be on account of St Louis Honda selling so many vehicles that I had to wait for other buyers to finalize their deals before I could finalize mine.
All went well. Received a call recommending tire rotation and 4 wheel alinement. It made sense and I was glad to have it done.

I have used their repair service several times and pleased with the results. Thanks to advisor Tom L and tech Joe V for jobs well done. They offered me a loaner vehicle to drive home since some of the parts weren't immediately available.
Took CRV in for moonroof rattle. Fixed rattle, left greasy finger prints. another trip to clean fingerprints. Left with stain across headliner. another trip in. headliner replaced. all this because someone could not be bothered to wash their hands. Sorry really doesn't cover the 3 trips needed to fix something that should not have been a problem in the first place. and the 3 service people (all men) really acted like they hated their job.
