Took my car into Express Service. and Joe told me he could get me in ASAP even without an appointment. I was advised I might have to wait maybe 2 hours. No problem, went to the very comfortable waiting area which is a pleasure to wait in. I was there to get my front left tire replaces. Low and behold, after one hour and fifteen minutes I was advised that my car was ready. My service at Mungenast Honda has always been more than satisfactory.
The salesman was polite and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable while getting our car. The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly.
I don’t think I could’ve had a better car buying experience. Brian was kind and professional, never condescending. There was no pressure involved and I came away feeling good about the entire transaction and loving my CR-V.

Satisfied with the work completed. It took far too long to get an oil change. Checkin and checkout was not very efficient.

Isaiah is a nice personal young man who uses his sales training well. He listened and sold us on him and the CR-V which stopped us going to another appointment to see a different car. I do want to bring up 2 small items: 1. As a person who was in sales, I was not given a reason to look at the next upgrade. 2. Waiting took a while and we were left alone without contact with anyone.

Picked up parts today for my 19 year old Honda I purchased new there. I always get the right part because they look me up and they automatically know exactly what car I have and know I purchased there car with them. They had all my parts in stock. From wiper blades to my crankshaft seal. I can’t speak highly enough about how well I have been treated over the years. On my way out my kid got a snack and I got a car wash. Keep up the good work!
