Every year, Kelley Blue Book gives out its "Brand Image Awards." A wide range of automakers are honored in categories that range from "Best Exterior Design Brand" to "Best Performance Brand." For 2012, Honda surprised us with an even better CR-V (who knew that was possible, right?) and so far, the reviews have been very positive.  Although the new Honda CR-V comes equipped with more standard content and offers more interior volume overall, the general dimensions of the vehicle remain relatively unchanged - after all, its size has been an integral aspect of its success in the marketplace - it's not too big or too small, and it seats five adults comfortably and offers up more than 100 cubic feet of passenger space. 

The all new Honda CR-V made its debut in September, just prior to the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show. Many at LAAS were surprised at the direction Honda's award winning cars seem to be taking.

 

However, the Japanese auto maker is being very careful with how they reshape a popular, well known vehicle like CR-V.

 

Next year's CR-V will be powered by a 2.4-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine, rated at 185 horsepower and?

Each July, when pine trees sprout on showroom floors and holiday decorations line the walls of Mungenast dealerships, the Automotive Family gives back to the community by feeding the hungry.

For the last four years, the Automotive Family has held "Christmas in July," an event where Mungenast employees donate canned food to the St. Louis Area FoodBank. Employees also raise money for the organization through yearly and monthly payroll deductions.
